1. Who is responsible

2. What we process and why
Visiting this website. When you open this website, the server that hosts it automatically records the technical data your browser sends: your IP address, the date and time of access, the page requested, the referring page, and your browser and operating system. We use these data only to deliver the website and to keep it secure, for example to detect and stop misuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a working and secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use these data to identify you and do not combine them with other data.
Writing to us. When you e-mail us, we process your e-mail address, your name, the content of your message and any other details you choose to give us, in order to deal with your message. Where your message concerns a contract with us or steps you ask us to take before entering into one, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Otherwise it is our legitimate interest in answering messages addressed to us (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. No cookies and no tracking
This website uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising or social media tools, and loads no content from third parties. Details are in our Cookie Policy.
4. Who receives the data
Our hosting and e-mail providers process the data on our behalf and only on our instructions (Article 28 GDPR). Beyond that, we disclose personal data only where the law requires us to, for example to a court or a public authority. We do not sell personal data.
5. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
If one of our providers processes personal data outside the European Economic Area, this happens only where the European Commission has decided that the country ensures an adequate level of protection, or on the basis of the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission (Articles 45 and 46 GDPR).
6. How long we keep the data
Server log data are kept only as long as needed to deliver and secure the website, and are then deleted. E-mails are kept as long as needed to deal with your message, and longer only where the law requires us to keep them or where we need them to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you (Article 15);
- have inaccurate data corrected (Article 16) and have data erased (Article 17);
- have the processing restricted (Article 18);
- receive your data in a portable format, where the conditions of Article 20 are met;
- object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on our legitimate interest (Article 21).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the EU country where you live or work or where you believe your rights were infringed. 8. Other points
You are not obliged to give us personal data. Without your e-mail address, however, we cannot answer you. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
